Earn over $75, 000 Per Year with Just an Associate’s Degree or a Diploma!
I want to encourage men and women out there who are working hard, struggling, and doing all they can to try to make ends meet. I know from talking to many of you that, most of you feel stuck. Most of you feel like you don’t even like what you are doing. Today, I am going to guide you on what you can do.
You do not even have to necessarily go back to school and get a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree. I will teach you about doing things that can work with you, things that can be accommodating to you.
Here are two jobs I talk about on Gina Muigai YouTube Channel.
Elevator Installers and Repairers
These are the people who install and repair elevators. Their job is to make sure that the elevator is working. Their job includes not just the elevators, but the escalators, moving walkways, and chair lifts.
What this person does is just to fix, install, and maintain the elevator. Most buildings now have a lift also known as an elevator, an escalator, or a moving walkway.
What the elevator repairer does is to make sure it is working right and if there is a malfunction, they fix it. This is a very lucrative job and position. This position can pay you up to $79,000.00 per year. That is quite a lot, that is beyond what people even with master’s or bachelor’s degrees are making a year. With this position, you will be able to make up to $79, 000.00 a year and on top of that, you do not need to have spent many years in college.
What will you need for this position?
You will need a high school diploma. So, you will need to complete high school. And then you will be required to get a license. Most of these jobs are going to be applicable here within the United States of America. I do not know about the laws in Kenya or many other countries, but I bet it will be about the same.
When you are doing the elevator installer and repair job, you need licensure, a high school diploma and you will have to get many years of on the job training. There are many jobs that you do not need to come with a degree but you get on the job training. 35 states in America require you to have a license.
If you need to get a well-paying job that pays you about, $80, 000 a year, you have a high school diploma, do not like your job or you are feeling stuck and you will be good with working with electronics and elevators, I would highly recommend that you consider taking the Elevator Installer and Repairer job.
You just need your high school diploma and you will get years of on the job training on the side and you will be good to go after you get your license of course. You will be making about $80, 000 a year.
The average median income is $79, 000 a year. That is more than many people are making today.

Air Traffic Controller
These are the people who control the air traffic lights of the flights and the planes, and things that are up there in the air. The air traffic controller earns up to $124, 000 every year.
What does the air traffic controller job require?
You will be surprised! You just need an associate degree and you will require many years of on the job training. In this position, you will require a license. Here in America, you will be required to have a license before you can do the job of an air traffic controller.
Remember, this is the person who will be doing a lot of coordination for the safe movement of planes and aircraft up in the air. And therefore, we do not have much room for mistakes because one mistake could cost a lot of lives. A whole plane could crash for example.
Therefore, to get to this position, yes, you do not require a bachelor's degree and all of that. But, you will need to have your associate’s degree. Your associate’s degree will need to have to come from the Federal Association Administration (FAA) or accredited school. For those who are not in America, an associate’s degree is like a diploma.
So, once you get your associate’s degree that is FAA approved, then you will require a license that is called, Air Traffic Control Tower Operator Certificate.
Once you get that certificate, and you get your FAA-approved associate degree and then you have your license, you will be able to practice as an air traffic controller making over $124, 000 a year! And that is the average. It differs from state to state and from airport to airport.
